My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
One of the services we offer is to take your pet to the vet if you are unavailable to take them yourself. If we are sitting your pet and they become ill or injured while you are away, we will contact you to discuss the problem prior to taking them to the vet. If it is serious we will of course act quickly.
Do you walk dogs?
Our primary care is house visits to ensure your pet is safe and well cared for while you are away; however, we occasionally walk small dogs if requested. These walks would be on a one to one basis on the lead. We do not walk groups of dogs together.
Why use Pet Feed Protect for my cat instead of using a cattery?
Cats are creatures of habit and they like their familiar smells and surroundings. By using our service they remain in their own home, maintain their normal routine, eat the food they are used to and have a genuine cat lover give them plenty of love and attention.
How are your staff vetted?
We are a small team of two ladies living in North London and are long-term friends. We are both DBS checked and verified. You will always meet with one of us prior to your first booking.
