Service Description

We will collect your keys at the initial consultation free of charge, however if we need to return to pick up keys at a later stage we will charge a small fee. When we leave your property on the last day we will post your keys (in a blank envelope) back through your front door, unless you ask us to retain them for your next booking. By us keeping your keys it frees you up to make last minute plans to go away for the weekend and have us on hand to take care of your precious pets at extremely short notice. In the same manner, if you wish for us to hand the keys back to you in person, this service is chargeable.
